Peg is Executive Vice President of ISIS with senior innovation and business development consulting experience since the early 1970s. She has assisted such clients as Kimberly-Clark, Dow Chemical, Kraft, General Foods, DuPont, AT&T, BASF, Westinghouse, ITT, Shell Oil, 3M, Ford Motor, Proctor & Gamble, Seagrams, SCM, Abbott Laboratories, Reynolds Metals, Coats & Clark, Union Carbide, and Engelhard.Prior to the inception of her own consultancy in 1982, she was Senior Vice President of the Innotech Corporation, an international consulting organization engaged in new product innovation and development. More than a decade with that firm, she was personally instrumental in the profitable commercialization of a diversity of new products and new businesses for a wide range of corporate clients, as well as being responsible for managing the operations of Innotech's entire innovation services business.
Since l983 Peg has collaborated on a project basis with increasing frequency with ISIS and its derivative companies in the conduct of market development and commercialization programs. Over the course of three+ decades of experience, her commercial successes have spanned numerous categories from hardware lines to instant beverages, healthcare products, housewares, juvenile products, and personal care appliances. She has also been instrumental in the commercialization of new applications for a host of industrial materials and processes.
Throughout her career Peg has specialized in the management of groups, both for innovation and research. She has pioneered certain significant advances in qualitative research conducted intra-corporately as well as with consumer/customer groups. She is particularly known for the use of projective techniques, which enable ISIS Summit Panelists, Commercial Transition Workshop participants, research respondents, and ideation experts to more fully articulate their individual opinions and positions.
An authority on the effective use of creative and group dynamics techniques, she has lectured before the American Management Association, the Creative Problem-Solving Institute, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the Management Centre of Europe. Peg is a citizen of the United States.
